Les Misérables has been seen by more than 70 million people in 42 countries and in 22 languages around the globe. Now celebrating its 30th year, it is still breaking box- office records worldwide. This schools edition performance is performed entirely by the students of Prince Henry's High School.

Set against the backdrop of nineteenth century France, Les Misérables tells and enthralling story of broken dreams and unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption. It is a fight for freedom and honour that epitomises the human spirit. Ex – convict Jean Valjean is hunted for decades by the ruthless but moral policeman, Javert after Valjean breaks his parole. When Valjean agrees to care for factory worker Fantine’s younger daughter, Cosette, their lives change forever.

Featuring the songs On My Own, I Dreamed a Dream, Bring Him Home and One Day More, Les Misérables is the show of shows.
